Aimee McKee
A few words from Aimee...
Hi, my name’s Aimee! I’m a 21-year-old musical theatre enthusiast and teacher with a huge passion for performing, music and helping others develop their confidence. I have always loved musical theatre and the way it brings together singing, acting and performance, allowing people to express themselves and tell stories in a fun and creative way.
I achieved my Grades 1–8 in Musical Theatre through the Musician Academy and I am currently working towards my diploma. Alongside my qualifications, I have experience performing in a variety of shows, which has given me valuable experience both on and off the stage. I have also developed my musical knowledge and teaching skills through studying Music and Education at Ulster University.
I love teaching musical theatre because I want to give students the same enjoyment and confidence that performing has given me. I believe that every student has something unique to bring to a performance, and I love helping them discover their own voice and personality. My lessons are a supportive and encouraging space where students can build their vocal and performance skills, learn new techniques, prepare for auditions and shows, and most importantly, have fun!
Whether a student is completely new to musical theatre or already has experience performing, I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and tailored to their individual needs and goals. Seeing a student grow in confidence, overcome nerves and become excited about performing is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me. 🎭🎶
