“Hi!!

My name is Susy Good and I teach vocals, song-writing, piano, and saxophone! 

I grew up surrounded by music with both my Dad and Brother being pianists and vocalists. I have been heavily involved in singing, playing, and leading music for various church services and events over the years and this remains one of my greatest passions in life!

I achieved my DipLCM in Music Theatre and my Grade 8 in both jazz saxophone & piano before going to Bible College in Sydney, Australia in 2016 where I competed my Bachelor of Theology degree with focuses on worship leading and song writing! 

During lockdown my friend Jon and I started writing music and released some tunes under our pop-duo name “GOOD THING”. 

I wrote lots of music during the pandemic and plan to release more this year!! 

My biggest musical influences/heroines are Maggie Rogers, Brooke Ligertwood, and YEBBA🙌🏼

Along with leading worship and writing songs, I have a passion for teaching and helping others find their personal groove with music. I always try to inspire my students to keep the fun and joy of music central to their learning. 

I believe there are many gifted songwriters and musicians all over this city and would encourage anyone who desires to dig a bit deeper into their craft and passion to do so by joining us here at The Musician Academy!”
