Why We Teach Music Reading
Reading music (at least rhythmically) is a fundamental part of music education here at The Musician Academy.
Music notation is the internationally recognised written language of music. It allows musicians to understand rhythm accurately, communicate musical ideas clearly and perform music with confidence.
Learning to read music opens the door to a huge library of music from every genre and gives you a skill that will stay with you for life.
